Services
I provide support for challenging behaviours in both children and adults. These services are based on the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) model which aims to improve a person’s quality of life and of those around them.
I work collaboratively with you and/or your family to determine the reasons behind the challenging behaviour, and develop ways to manage it more effectively. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and skills needed to support your child or to self-manage in ways that meets your unique needs.
• Target behaviours: Verbal or physical aggression, property destruction, running away, non-compliance, and inappropriate social interactions. For adults this might also include difficulties with emotional regulation, behavioural control, managing social interactions, maintaining routines, and/or staying organised.
• Outcome: Develop and implement an individualised Behaviour Support Plan (BSP)
• Best for: Parents or adults who would like ongoing coaching to implement strategies together
• Includes: 10 sessions
• Cost: €800

For adults this might also include difficulties with emotional regulation, behavioural control, managing social interactions, maintaining routines, and/or staying organised.
• Outcome: Develop and implement an individualised Behaviour Support Plan (BSP)
• Best for: Parents or adults who are motivated to implement strategies independently
• Includes: 5 sessions
• Cost: €500

• Includes: 3 sessions

• Outcome: Education about behaviour and psychology
• Best for: Parents or adults wanting to improve their knowledge base. Choose from a list of pre-set topics
• Includes: One-off sessions as required
• Cost: €80 per session

Note: I am not part of French social security. Therefore, service costs are not reimbursed by Ameli/Carte Vitale. They may be partially covered by your mutuelle or private insurance.

I offer support to:
• Parent of children or adults with challenging behaviours
• English speakers living in France
• Neurotypical and neurodiverse children or adults
I do not provide:
• One-on-one therapy directly with children
• Diagnostic assessments (e.g., autism, ADHD)
• Support for complex mental health challenges
• 24/7 crisis or emergency support
