Cancellations

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or missed sessions may incur a fee (up to the full session cost).

Privacy and confidentiality

In compliance with EU GDPR and French law:
• Your Personal Information (PI) is kept private and confidential
• You can access your PI at any time and ask for it to be amended.

Information is only shared with third parties with your explicit consent except when:
• I have serious concerns about your safety or the safety of anyone else
• Required by legal obligations (e.g., court order, child protection requirements).

Your rights

I am committed to supporting your rights, including your rights to:
• Clear information about services, methods, and fees
• Voluntary informed consent for all interventions
• Respect, dignity, and non-discrimination.

Professional standards

As a registered psychologist in France, I adhere to:
• The French Code of Ethics for Psychologists
• The European Model Code of Ethics for Psychologists
• Maintain professional liability insurance (details available upon request).

Complaints procedure

If you have any concerns, please discuss directly with me first. If unsolved, you may contact the French Psychology Society (general concerns) or the French Data Protection Authority (privacy concerns).
